Teas Can Soothe Stomach Cramps

Tea has been used for thousands of years as medicine.  There are many different types, which hold numerous properties to aid in digestion.  Teas can help digest rich meals, by stimulating the liver, increasing blood flow to your digestive organs and by adding special metabolites to help break down fats, carbohydrates and proteins.  They can offer mild stimulation, promote healthy bowel movements, reduce inflammation, cure dysentery and relieve stomach cramps, gas and bloating; there are so many benefits!
